Xcel Fitness Manukau had just been bought and was sitting around 400 members, in a category where lead quality is notoriously hard to get right. Rather than sell a monthly marketing retainer, MagCo built a funnel system the gym would own outright – not rent from an agency.

We looked at where leads were actually going and found the real issue wasn’t traffic – it was quality. Interest was coming in, but very little of it was turning into members.

No retainer. We positioned this as a build from day one – a funnel the gym would own and run itself, not a campaign MagCo would manage indefinitely.

Through our Virtual Marketing Department, we built and tested automated Meta ads until they reliably converted, implemented a CRM to give full visibility and control, and built a content engine – video and reels – that lifted the ROI of the ads sitting behind it.
